Fix It All is looking for a motivated sales representative & cell phone repair/computer technician. We are willing to train the right candidate. You will be providing repair services on today’s most popular smartphones, tablets, computers, and more.

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company’s quality standards
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service
• Keep track of inventory and customer devices
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations
• Maintain positive work environment
• Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
• Reassemble complete device
• Support productivity by ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner
• Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail 
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Works well in a team environment and be a collaborative team player
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Compensation: 

Pay rate can range depending on your experience.
